Now on to this week’s sites. This week, I’m sending out three ‘Site of the Week’ recommendations.

f.lux

More than once, I’ve actually fallen asleep sitting at my computer.(No, not during working hours!) Regardless, While I don’t have a problem with production of melatonin and circadian rhythm, perhaps you do. f.lux promises to fix that. It also reduces eye strain. f.lux accomplishes these things by automatically adjusting the brightness and tint of your computer’s display to adapt to the time of day and type of lighting so that it is like sunlight during the day and warm at night. f.lux is FREE and is available for Windows, Mac, iOS and Linux. It can also be temporarily disabled in the menu bar when you’re working on color-sensitive tasks.
